From passion-driven beginnings as a 16-year-old, working at different Russian farm to table restaurants for several years, Ekaterina learned how to harmoniously cuts across healthy and tantalizing taste. At the age of 19 Ekaterina moved to Canada to explore new traditions of different cuisines. After finishing Hospitality and Culinary Management programs, she challenged herself in culinary aesthetic as a pastry chef at Two Sisters Winery. Her interest in cooking made her dedicated to a great food and earned her much experiences in Southern Style, Italian, Russian and France cuisine and of course a food & wine pairing techniques from the vineyards cross Niagara-On-The-Lake.


Viraj is a highly experienced chef and co-owner of Green Pepper Club. His culinary journey started back in India - the spices motherland, the country of unique flavours and daring cooking techniques. He worked in a lot of international fast-food chains part-time during his time in college, learning and challenging himself in making quality food in a tensed fast pace environment. He completed his Bachelors in Culinary Management from Pune University in 2010. After completing his education, he started as a part of pre-opening team at Marriott hotels where he worked in multiple restaurants gaining valuable culinary experience. Later on he moved to Canada to get his diploma in Hospitality and Tourism at Niagara College in Canada. After his Graduation Viraj joined Hilton where he was trained a great verity of cuisines and always exceeded customers expectations with his cooking skills. Years later he repeated his success in opening new restaurants for Hilton Hotel. He was honoured as an Executive Sous Chef at Hilton hotel, before deciding to pursue his own catering business.
