How do I place an order for a meal?

Ordering your meal at Green Pepper Club is very easy:

  • You create an account or continue as a guest
  • You choose a suiting Meal Plan and favourite recipes
  • Pay with any of the available & convenient methods
  • Wait for your meal as we bring it straight to your door.

How do you make healthy meals?

Using fresh no processed ingredients we built our meals from the scratch and always make sure to provide balanced amount of carbs, protein and fibre in every dish we make.

What are the storing procedure and shelf life of your products?

Our meals DO NOT contain any artificial flavours, chemicals or preservatives. An instruction card regarding the storage and heating guide is issued with every delivery. We advise you to consume all meals within 3-4 days if they are stored at the right temperature.


Do you charge for deliveries?

Currently, Green Pepper Club delivers free to Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake and St. Catharines, only if your order total is $55 or higher. 

All other Niagara locations and any order under $ 55 , shipping is calculated as per the area distance. Please visit our checkout page to calculate your shipping charge.

What if I am not home when the food is delivered?

It's simple. Our delivery person will notify you via text that your meals have been delivered and leave them at your door or with your concierge; you can add specific instructions at the time of checkout.

What if I miss my deadline?

  • We gather all orders received before the deadlines, which are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday evenings. Although, our website will show you what delivery days you will be ordering for before checking out, in case you miss the deadline it will automatically assign you the next delivery dates.
  • Please keep in mind that to maintain low food wastage, we are unable to make any modifications to order after the deadline.


What if I have special dietary needs?

  • One thing is certain, our menu is mostly gluten and dairy-free. The ingredient list is available for every single meal on the menu. If you are unsure what to order, give our catering specialist a call or leave us a message, they will provide you with alternative options.
  • Please note that any changes in your meal ingredients may significantly change the taste and calorie intake.

What if I don’t select my meal for the following week in a subscription?

With Green Pepper Club, you don’t have a problem with that. We will select your next meals based on your order history. Also, you can let our chefs decide it for you but in this case, you should inform us about any food allergies that you have.

I am not satisfied with my meal purchase, what can I do?

At Green Pepper Club, we are always ready to hear from you. Write us an email on contact@greenpepperclub.ca with your feedback and we will make it right for you.

Account / Payment

What payment methods does Green Pepper Club accept?

We accept payments with Visa/Master cards and PayPal. However, if there’s any inclusion to the methods, it will be made known.

How safe is it to use my card to pay on your platform?

It is absolutely safe. We are working with the best and most secured payment platform partners. If you have any issues paying with your card, please send an email to contact@greenpepperclub.ca

Does Green Pepper Club protect my personal data?

Yes, absolutely! At Green Pepper Club, we treat your information confidentially and following all data protection guidelines.
